SS Visor Cap Set Insignia – I127

This is an excellent set of SS insignia for your collection, or to restore a visor with. The skull is a Deschler, and shown with their RZM code in relief. Where as the eagle is an unmarked Zimmermann. Both pieces match in as close of color and hue as imaginable, being silver with a slight yellowish gold tinge. The construction is early Cupal, consisting of copper in between thin sheets of silver. On the reverse both emblems have their original pins intact. Where as the eagle may appear like the attachments were reinforced in the photo. I believe that this is just the discoloration of when the factory adhered them to the reverse side. Regardless, both flat pins are indeed factory components to this visor eagle. Hard to find a rare set like this that not only matches in wear and composition, but also has the look which collectors seek to find.   SOLD
