SS Stick Pin by Hoffstatter – M514

Offering a decent example of a rare SS pin by the Hoffstatter firm. These pins are very desirable with collectors, and about dried up from the market place. At least the period examples have. Where as there seems to be a ton of fakes offered all over the place, as many collectors are aware of. The silvering to the SS runes and dual perimeter border circles  remain decent on this so called ZA pin. As shown in the photo there is some surface age to those areas. The black glass fired enamel background which can be often chipped remains very nice on this example. On the reverse can be seen the company name, address, and recipients number. Completing the pin assembly is the knurled needle and spring catch. SOLD
