SS FM Stick Pin by Deschler – M451
These collectible as well as desirable 3rd Reich stick pins were given to those who were non-German financial supporters to the SS political party, and who were citizens in territories controlled by the Nazi regime. In this offering is an excellent example of what collectors refer to as an F.M. stick pin. The obverse has excellent black enamel, void of any chips, scrapes, or damage. Additionally, the silver letters as well as the swastika has held up significantly in better in regards to condition, compared to many of these pins which collectors encounter. The reverse is stamped with the Deschler name, recipients number, and patent pending abbreviation. The knurled needle is equip with a silver clutch adding to the desirability of this item. Additionally, a period stick pin box accompanies this set. While it was for some type of pin, it was not necessarily the case that this FM pin was presented in. Though perhaps a case used to keep it safe. In any event, it is a nice display with the set. SOLD
