Sale Terms:
All of our items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will mark an item RESERVED while payment information is collected. We do need verbal/written confirmation that you want the item: “I’ll Take It”, “Hold the Item”,”Reserve it for me” however you say it, we want to be sure it’s yours so no one else reserves it before you.
Lay-A-Ways / Reserved Policy:
As negotiations of payment take place, we are always willing to work on a one on one basis for Lay-A-Way terms or minor time frames for reserving, and paying for an item. If an item is returned that has been on lay-a-way for over 30 days, prior to being paid in full, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us to negotiate those terms.
Returns:
Every attempt has been taken to insure that the items which we sell were manufactured pre 1945, unless otherwise stated. In a perfect world this would be wonderful knowing that 100% of the time we would never make a mistake. But being human, we are not immune to the fact that mistakes can happen. If you notice a description error with one of our items, please do us a favor and bring it to our attention. We will be more than happy to look into it immediately. With that stated, we offer a 7 day unconditional, no excuses given, money back guarantee on any item that we sell. Dis-assembly, Cleaning or other Modifications voids this return policy. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received, and postage is not included nor refundable. If an item is returned that has been on lay-a-way for over 30 days, prior to being paid in full, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Consignments:
We do accept consignments for single items or full collections. Terms of the consignment contract are on an individual basis. Since we are not a big dealer, our terms and fees are often less and you’ll find us quite easy to work with.
Payments:
All prices listed are in US dollars. We do accept a variety of forms of payment. Our preferred methods are: Paypal, Bank Issued Guaranteed Checks, Western Union, and Bank Transfers. At this time we are not set up to accept credit cards. Any additional fees such as shipping costs/bank transfer fees/paypal fees will be calculated based on location of the buyer and added to the total. These fees do vary so many options are available and we will do our best to accommodate the buyer.
