Personalized Transitional Hitler Youth Knife by K Ritter – D976

As the title states, this is a mid period youth knife manufactured by the Kuno Ritter edged weapon firm. The grip plates to this knife are in excellent condition, void of any breaks, cracks, or missing material. They have been expertly trimmed, fitted, and tightly riveted to the spine of this hilt. A beautiful little earlier HJ diamond is in fantastic shape, and void of any damage what soever. The rest of the plating on the hilt is in good shape too.

The scabbard to this knife is in fine condition. The shell remains straight, void of any hits, splits, or creases. What appears to be period black enamel paint remains in exceptional condition, though may have been freshened up at some point. Nothing indicates any time recently, though speculation. At the top of the shell, an excellent hanger remains intact. Every thing functions fine including the hold down strap and snap.

Lastly the blade. As a typical kid’s knife it shows surface age and use. In spite of that, remains full length, void of any tipping, buffing, or cutting edge chips. The blood and honor motto can still be seen on the obverse, and with the maker’s name and RZM contract number on the reverse. On the riccasso is the owner of this knife first initial and last name; W. ULH. Hard to find a nice personalized HJ knife. A decent little personalized HJ knife with motto.   SOLD
