Neat Veteran’s Hate Belt with SS Buckle – B225
In this listing is a 30″ leather “hate belt” which is adorned with 15 souvenir insignia brought home by a U.S. veteran from WWII. Those that I’ve identified are as follows: 3rd Reich visor oak leaf cluster with cockade. Next, a single pip from a collar tab. Followed by a WWII British military hat badge with “The Welch” banner. There is a WWII British cap pin for Gibraltar Talavera. An unknown tree or leaf pin is shown next in line, followed by 4 visor cockades. A hat pin associated with British chivalric order is also present. There is an unknown hat pin that appears to have crown over perhaps a lion’s emblem. WWII Royal Army medical corps hat pin and a WWII British Essex Regiment hat pin. And finally, a Nazi police visor eagle badge. Completing this hate belt is an aluminum SS officer’s buckle. Of all the hate belts that I’ve ever encountered, this is a cool one! $2795.00
