Kriegs Gosch Flag 80×135 – F184

This is the perfect size flag at 50”x 30” to display in your collecting room with your items. These desirable smaller flags were used on both U-boats and E-boats weighing 500 tons or less, and in use when NSDAP officials were expected on board all the while the vessel was docked or in harbor. This example is full length with the proper reinforced corners, as well as trailing end portion displaying 8 line row stitching to prevent fraying. The material shows light age overall, with one hole off to the side as mid center (circled). It is complete with both lanyard rope loops still intact, as this is a true flag as opposed to a banner. The enclosure strip is nice marked with the manufacture’s name, Gosch 80 x 135, and Kriegsmarine maritime stamp.  SOLD
