Heer Officer’s Dagger by WKC – D908

Although this edged weapon firm made a boat load of Army daggers during the 3rd Reich, this is a very attractive example we have in this offering.

A fine looking grip and hilt assembly is shown in the photos of this untouched WKC Army dagger. The butterscotch colored handle is in good order, void of any chips or splits to the Trolon material. All of the fittings have taken on dark undisturbed near totally black patina, as nothing has been cleaned on this edged weapon since being returned home as a souvenir from WWII. The hilt is nice and tight, as well as solid all the way through in the fittings.

Like the hilt components, the scabbard to this dagger is absolutely black as all get out. The shell remains perfectly straight, void of any bends, splits, twists, or hits. Both scabbard bands are securely in place, and hold the hanger rings properly. One side screw holds the throat firm.

As for the blade………………… it’s drop dead, stone mint!

You want that untouched look, here you go. Buffers need not apply     SOLD
