EM/NCO Police Shako by Lubstein – H205
Offering an exceptional as well as fantastic condition 3rd Reich police shako in this listing. Constructed out of Vulcanfibre, the shell in addition to the 2 visors to this well preserved cap, are in near mint condition. The same goes for the exterior smooth police green wool fabric surrounding the outside. It remains void of any tears, rips, holes, or insect damage. The black chinstrap with dual buckles is intact, and held perfectly in place by the ornate aluminum studs on either side. A beautiful vaulted outstretched eagle holding a swastika is firmly bolted to the front of the shako. It’s as mint as they get for one of these emblems found on these caps. At the top, the cockade insert display just a hint of age to the simulated “bullion exterior threads loops”. On the inside the leather sweatband is supple and smooth. It has all 9 fingers intact, though missing the draw string. There is a name penned on the sweat band, though faintly distinguishable. Lastly, the crown is stamped with the size 57, in addition to the distributor / Erel manufacture’s logo. A beautiful example in it’s entirely. SOLD
