Early Storm Trooper’s Dagger by Wagner – D1195
Here is a nice untouched nickel silver SA dagger which comes in at a 7 on the rarity list.
A very nice oak grip begins the description of this Wagner SA dagger. The high-profile sharp contour handle remains in fine condition, with red and brown grain running throughout it. The nickel silver emblems display just fine, with just a little bit of surface wear to each. Both upper and lower crossguards have a thick dark undisturbed patina over their surfaces.
A decent scabbard accompanies this early nickel silver SA dagger. The shell remains fairly straight, with just a superficial divot to one spot on the obverse. Other than that, it is void of any splits, creases, bends, or major issues. The chemical oxide brown finish certainly rates good on this scabbard, includes a large portion of the original factory protective lacquer. Both upper and lower nickel fittings are solid to the shell and remain in very nice condition.
As for the blade, it really doesn’t need to be described, as you’ve no doubt already noted. Mint!
A very nice early Storm Trooper’s dress dagger, with an absolutely screaming blade! SOLD
