Early SS Brassard – C266

Offering an excellent SS armband in very nice condition. The dark red wool base body is void of any rips, tears, or mothing. Though the ends are not sewn together, it shows that it one time was. The ribbed off white disc in the center of the obverse has some light age here and there, though nothing all that detracting. The centered folded black swastika has been neatly and uniformly applied on it. Both upper and lower black ribbed trim strips are exactly what you want to see on these period Allgemeine SS armbands. On the reverse side is shown an excellent cloth RZM label, with the contract number and SS runes. This is one of the best early examples of these cloth tagged brassards that we’ve seen.   SOLD
