Early Heer Officer’s Dagger by Puma – D1086

Offering an excellent untouched German army officer’s dagger in this listing. One look at it and you can instantly tell that it has not been cleaned, polished, or anything else since being returned home as a souvenir from WWII.

A beautiful grip starts this dagger out in fine order. The attractive Trolon material has turned different colors ranging from dark pumpkin to light orange. That material is excellent condition, void of any cracks, splits, scrapes, or missing chips. All of the hilt components are black as ole get out, as you can see in the photos. This hilt is equip with a 14 leaf pommel, and quite possibly an introduction Heer with a tapered tang blade as well.

The same is true for the scabbard. It too is encrusted with a thick black patina covering both on obverse and reverse sides. It is void any dents or dog legs as well.

As for the blade, is shows some light surface age which is not all that horrible per se’. In lieu of that, it remains full length, straight, void of any sharpening, tipping, or cutting edge chips.  A nice early untouched army officer’s dagger, by a popular edged weapon manufacture with collectors.
