Blut und Boden Calendar and Donation Book – P160

The Reichsnährstand was the government agency put in place to regulate food production. The need was for regulation and to interfere in the market for agricultural goods because of Hitlers rising army. This system included, using a complex system of orders, price controls, and prohibitions, through regional marketing associations. In this offering is one such tool and one of the rarer items for Blut und Boden collectors.

First, is a green leather-bound pocket calendar for 1937 given by the Reichsnährstand. Overall this calendar is in nice condition, a bit loose in the binding but no major issues to speak of. There are a few entries including the owners name and a few dates showing what appears to be purchases of food. Also included is a donation stamp booklet. Similar to the SS donations books, stamps were given out and entered into the book. This one does have quite a few stamps and is in good condition.
