Allgemeine SS Armband – C764

This brassard was most likely worn with an SS officer’s greatcoat, as it is period stitched ends form a larger circumference which would correspond with a sleeve on such a garment. It is constructed out of the usual 5 piece construction that we see with these armbands. That being the dark red wool base body, top and bottom black ribbed stripes, white center disc, and folded / sewn uniform stitched black swastika. The ribbed material of the borders and center components are all in excellent condition, void of any rips, tears or mothing. While the red wool body has some slight wear and age to it in a few spots. An excellent SS armband for your collection.  SOLD
