Iron Cross 1st Class by Deumer – M535

As the title states, this is beautiful 3rd Reich EKI which was manufactured by the renown awards company of Wilhelm Deumer. The medal itself remains in gorgeous condition in regard to the blacken iron core, frosted frame surrounding it, as well as the reverse side. All the hardware is intact, and functions properly. Underneath the catch the back is stamped L / 11, the LDO number for this firm. With this award is the original box that this beautiful cross was housed in. While in place, typical for many of these EK’s, the insert glue has loosened over time. No biggie. Finally, the inside lid is stenciled with the firm’s company name: Wilhelm Deumer K. G., Ludenscheld. SOLD
