Luftwaffe Officer's Visor - H162

Offering a Luftwaffe officer's visor with that crushed down look of that 50 mission veteran ace, that collectors love to see. While the lower bullion piping shows some age and wear, that which surrounds the top of the cap remains in very nice condition, and all intact. The same goes for the center band, it shows some pulls and fabric wear around an near the chin cord buttons. In lieu of that, the actual blue gray body of the cap remains in excellent condition, void of any rips, holes, nip, tears, or repairs. The bullion emblems consisting of the eagle and flight and the cockade, are firmly affixed to the front, nicely centered, with some surface oxidation. On the inside, the vulcan visor is a little loose just at the corners where it meets the sweat band, which is very typical of these caps. Especially a well used one as this example, which has the cool factor shape imparted by it's original owner. The sweat band is in pretty decent shape, as is the satin lining. While the maker's label remains, just a speck of the sweat diamond is still attached. A killer looking Luft officer's visor, with the look!   $925.00
